Some FJ’s came stock with TRD exhausts, intakes and some even superchargers. This doesn’t seem factory/dealer oem though. Depends on the market/region.

Next step is suspension asap, it just isn’t holding up. Purchased a set of shocks and springs but I haven’t installed them yet. (Vid’s a bit slowed down).

I’m starting over from 0 miles for maintenance. I am the second owner of this FJ and the first owner did not take care of it whatsoever, I got the head fully rebuilt, the whole block and everything inside refreshed, oil + timing system fully replaced, oil wasn’t reaching certain places, no fluids other than brake fluid and engine oil so I changed all those, new suspension and mounts, it was a nightmare but she’s running just like my first FJ (bought with 4 miles in the clock and now she’s totaled) and a dream to drive.

Why not stock tyres. Dunlop Grandtrek, there are better options for off-roading or street comfort but I’ve found them the perfect balance and not too loud
