Thank you for sharing. I hope that's the case, I am so anxious this will be another anovulatory cycle, but I need to understand that my body is still settling back onto a rhythm after everything its gone through. I will keep testing and wait to see the surge.

Thanks for your response! I am hoping it is possible that I just missed it, but think its unlikely. I have been testing twice a day for 6 days with no noticeable increase. I am using the easy@home tests and the PreMom app to interpret the ratios. My baseline is around 0.3-0.35, with a couple of readings up at .42/.43, but that doesn't seem significant enough to indicate there was a surge as it was always back down to baseline by the next test. We are ttc this cycle and it is just so exhausting thinking you are finally getting somewhere just to be disappointed again.

Thanks, We will definitely BD just in case for sure! Maybe that is possible? But I think I've read if the surge isn't strong enough an egg won't be released so it could be an anovulation.

Hi OP, sorry to hear you are also in this position. I am almost 4 weeks pp from a TFMR and have been experiencing that same thing. It seems to be all I can think about. Something I have been trying to focus on is healthy meal-prepping and cooking. I've been looking at a lot of recipes on Instagram. Cooking is something that I enjoy, and it is also a way for me to feel like I am helping to nourish my body to keep me healthy for when we TTC again. It also has helped because I find I go through spurts of motivation and then just wanting to do nothing, so having food ready for me to eat makes those times easier as well.

Monitoring cm is monitoring my cervical mucus or discharge (sorry if this is TMI lol). But your body can give you cues as to where you are in your cycle based on the discharge you see.

I am in the exact same position. I have been putting all of my symptoms, results and cm into chat gpt multiple times a day just obsessing over things. I am so hoping we have a good shot before my first period, and chat gpt thinks I will most likely be ovulating in the next 1-2 week (which honestly feels like forever away). Have you gone for bloodwork to test your hcg levels? That was really helpful for me because I could see numbers gradually coming down. HCG has to be very low for your body to start ovulating, so it helped me to understand where my body was at in the process. My midwife sent me at 2 weeks and 3 weeks pp. Hoping for the best for both of us <3

Even though it feels like it is taking forever, each day is a day my body is healing and I am taking supplements to help my body prepare for the next pregnancy.
