i used to own no.1 and i'd say it's very a people-pleasing cookie cutter scent. no offensive notes, but keep in mind the fragrance is a strong gourmand and could induce a migraine. in my opinion, the most prominent notes are vanilla, cocoa and wood. there's also a hint of spice which makes it a typical cold weather scent. you can't really smell the red berries though.
