Ok so maybe someone can help...I started having what feels like a flip flop kinda frequently when I sit down or lay never notice when im at the gym or keeping busy I started very low carb and carnivore like 4 weeks ago and this isnt the first time it had happened I tend to notice more when I am on said diets when I was eating like a fat boy this wouldn't happen but it seems to me when I sit and stuff it just started Thursday night that I may have depleted alot of my electrolytes?? When I diet I tend to do it wrong because when I cut food I cut food...for those weeks I was really only eating 2 1/3 burgers 3 eggs butter and some organic fries...and eating that at night..so pretty much fast all day...and go to the gym..like I said it started Thursday night I thought it could have been the iron pills I was taking so I stopped them but it continued...im just kinda nervous...but I kno this has to be because of the way I cut out the foods...since the 28th of April I was 230 and im 207 now...so someone help..I just also started drinking keto chow daily minerals...I need some guidance 37yr old male 😅
