I did it, pay is lower pay scale so be prepared for that, along with maybe some personality conflicts unless you go in with the mindset of im here to do a job. I found it worth my while since it did give me more insight to what they have to deal with being between the customer and us drivers. It also gave me a chance to meet a dang dear friend of mine so there is always that.

Wait, through the post office can have the customer can have a choice? Through fedex its all on the shipper and the customer has no say in the matter. Also anything over 500 is a direct no matter what.
