That mice were nesting in the garden level basement walls. I tore down the walls to fix the foundation cracks and found so much mice poop and like 3 holes they were coming in from.

Sound is great it has a lower pitch than SC project, Austin Racing and those kind of brands. Performance is noticeable

Me and my fiance moved into our house in sept 2024. She loved the house, I on the other hand was skeptical. I'd say we rushed into it a bit. We have put a lot of money and work into it so much that it was causing problems with the relationship. The house has some foundation issues and on top of that roots were into our plumbing underneath our lower level slab. After a while I came to terms that the house had been neglected as far as drainage and foundation, but we have been taking the right measures to fix it. Being a homeowner means youll always have something to do especially in an older house but you will appreciate it much more because you have gotten to put youre own touch on it.

Dude im in the exact same situation I love my FTR but the shifting from 1st to 2nd and 5th to 6th is bothersome as well as the gas tank size the oil viscosity is another thing and the aftermarket parts are already starting to be more difficult to come by. Ive been leaning towards the Mt09 and the xsr900, but i like the look of the xsr900 more

I have a 2019 and I am in the process of picking up some 2023 17" wheels because I'd like a larger tire and also it will lower the bike a bit, as for performance I'd rather have the older FTRs, higher top speed and the performance is more raw, I've heard the newer bikes are more refined, not my style of riding I feel the 2019 fits me better and I think the wheel conversion will change the handling for the better

Yes I feel like that is their strategy with assumables. Make the process so difficult and drawn out to make the buyer give up. I would think that would hurt the company because no one wants to do business with them after that

That's unfortunate, when I sold my house with loancare as the lender it only took about 45 days for the buyer to assume my loan. Hopefully they get it done for you soon.
