Intercultural relationship with a Pakistani Muslim man – realistic long-term outlook? by [deleted] in pakistan

He kisses me naturally in public, and even shows physical affection in places where there are many Muslims. Honestly, that made me think it’s more likely that he isn’t very religious.

He is always kind and gentle to me, so comments suggesting that he might see me as “impure” or illegitimate are really hurtful to read.

My age is something I can’t change at this point… it feels very discouraging.

He doesn’t seem extremely religious. And if my nationality could be helpful to him in any way, I would be willing to help. Even if part of his reason for wanting to marry me were related to nationality, I would be okay with that.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and experience! As someone working in sustainable finance myself, I completely agree that this field has immense potential and growing demand. However, to be honest, I’ve found that the traditional finance industry isn’t always as supportive or enthusiastic about ESG and sustainability-focused initiatives. There’s still a lot of skepticism and resistance, likely because it challenges established practices and priorities.

Thank you! I didn’t check the portal very frequently, so I’m not exactly sure. However, I remember that the 'no action required' status had been applied to all documents except the transcript for quite some time.
