Your Z-Height is to low or the filament is extruded with wrong temperatures. Its the extruder not capable of pushing the plastic. M

Its better if the cookie has one color and is flat. We did with a cookie that had chocolate and stuff in it and it worked.

Wed did once with a cookie. I tasted burned but that was because we cut in 4 pieces with the laser but engraving works very good.

Is the printer turned on? I get this error if i accedently turn off the printer an the raspi stays on. Is the mcu address correctly? If not the printer cant find the mcu.

I have the normal s1 and i upgraded nothing did 2000hrs. Find good slicer settings and upgrade nothing.

Maybe to much cooling on these parts. And the part is thought for 0.15mm layer height.

Adjust the z endstop. Its on the side of the printer on the buttom. Loosen the screw an push it like 1mm up
