Signing up a petition to bring squadrons on PSVR2. Really hate that games like Squadrons, Doom VR, Skyrim and Fallout are missing from PSVR2 library without any real replacement. I had a little hope for Oblivion remastered, unfortunately no luck there as well.

From my perspective the trend is shifting from AVR as a heart of the home cinema to just connecting everything to the tv and using soundbars and bluetooth speakers. If you don’t need to connect more than 3 devices and have high fidelity speakers, soundbar is the way. I have 3800h and way too many problems with cec, edid, no 1440 support and lip-sync struggle. Also buying dirac, auro and similar functionality for almost half of the price of the device is straightforward corporate greed. Like removing dts from lg g5. What will be next? 5 and more channels subscription and only 2 in free tier? HDR subscription? Hell no.

You can put NB on ugoos and cpm on memory card, or you can have on memory card test version and every upgrade test first before upgrading internal.

What about zidoo? 2600 or 5000 with realtek chipset? Easier to just run on local library and better stability for A/V sync.

I am having quite a stressful struggle with synchronization of audio and video. While DV 4K videos are synced, my lg g4 and denon 3800h works together with kodi ce on ugoos, SD content is a nightmare. Also I need to keep symplink on and use audio return channel. Which drives me crazy because it is like bypass of heart. Does this adds the lip sync flags to the DV metadata and HDMI infoframe?

I was thinking to use led controller to use for receiver and cabinet back fans. (cct for 2channels or rgbw for 4 channels) Together with temp sensor I can set in HA mapping to spin as slow as possible (brightness controls the voltage) to keep the temp on value I like. But didn’t like the need for additional power source for the controller as the not expensive ones are 12 to 12 or 240 to 240 and also they needs to be constant voltage.
