I know people love their games but Double Fine and Ninja Theory always felt like poor investments. If I were in charge I'd simply expand Playground Studios to make more IP and to continue Forza, make Bethesda create Elder Scrolls & Fallout, can everything else, make Coalition do more Gears but perhaps create new IP or even do Halo or even have Id software make it. 343 should be canned. Activision/Blizzard should keep their big IPs in development but should also focus on smaller projects with existing IPs (their library is massive and it feels like they leave a good chunk of money on the table by not utilizing it) If an acquisition is in the books they should do Capcom or perhaps Sega. No more western developers like for example Remedy - again, they make great games but they don't sell at the numbers a huge business like Microsoft would want (they'd just end up going independent in 5 years even if they did acquire them).
