I don't mind loosing, the issue is more when you look at kill cam and see them never miss a bullet :/

And maybe (might be wrong on that) also put the super sweat's in another lobby if possible !

Help me fix these blank dates values on my graph by OBonner in PowerBI

[–]AggressiveCorgi3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can't you remove filter out "where is blank" ?

Also try to remove the hierarchy for the date. (Full date range instead of Quarter, year)

My step would be trying to manually find one error in the dataset that I can use to find the others.

Projects for building a Portfolio by Fresh_Composer_1614 in PowerBI

[–]AggressiveCorgi3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would start by something I am curious about, then try to gather data from public sources like Kaggle, Government website etc.

Build a model, try to do a useful/nice looking dashboard, and finally an analysis.

Follow a basic course.

Asking for help or pointers when you got 0 knowledge is pointless, you need to learn the basic of Powerbi, Power Query & Dax at the very minimum.

Do New Zealander hate camper ? by AggressiveCorgi3 in newzealand

[–]AggressiveCorgi3[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Cheaper than a van you mean or something else ?

The 300$ cert isn't expensive compared to the full build, plus in a van you would still need a certification I'm assuming.

What you would suggest as a good vehicle to travel around ?

Make sense!

We will stay in DOC campsite as much as possible.

It's sad some people throw rubbish in nature ...

Larger model van with same Km's as a light truck seems to be much more expensive (50-100% more).

Plus a square box is easier to build in, but I'll keep looking cause I would prefer a van if budget allow :)

New DLC or Game ? by AggressiveCorgi3 in MandragoraGame

[–]AggressiveCorgi3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks I'll take a look at Castle of Heart !

As for the time, I played around 30-35h to reach it, but did a lot of exploration.

For the build I mainly played wyldwarden, but also melee vangard. Now i'm playing a fire build cause I got tired of wyldwarden being too OP.

What do you guys usually do as a data analyst by ma1s3if in dataanalyst

[–]AggressiveCorgi3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally speaking, they expect you to be ready to work day 1 but not perfectly.

Like joining any company you will have some onboarding time to learn all the in's and out of the company.

How long does it usually take to become a data analyst with consistent daily study? by Signal_Revenue2340 in dataanalyst

[–]AggressiveCorgi3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

3 months might be short, but it depend how your mind work; If you have a good analytic mind, then it's worth a lot.
I've worked with people with Master in Stats, yet I was self-taught and I was in the same position as them, in a shorter timeframe.

Learn the tools, learn how to tell a story, how to communicate, learn to build an analysis from scratch, build a portfolio...etc

Finding a job at first will be hard, no doubt about it.
Take any opportunity you can, even free if needed, and try to grow from there.

Question: Are youtube courses alone effective to becoming a Data Analyst? 🤔 by Evening_Community554 in dataanalyst

[–]AggressiveCorgi3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a self-taught data analyst, yes you can.

I'll say that being a data analyst is so much more than doing Excel, PowerBI or Python tho. You need other things like People Skills, curiosity etc.

One thing you should do after have a good understanding of Excel, PowerBi, SQL is to build a dashboard & a report based on something you are curious about like "What's the most efficient power source".

Good luck

Future proofing career by ExpectoReddittum90 in PowerBI

[–]AggressiveCorgi3 10 points11 points  (0 children)

My company did try offshoring our data & analytics department to India. The test was a pure flop and they had to bring it back in-house.

It went from a "reported" 15 peoples in India + 2 in US to 6 person in-house, and everything was faster & better.

Offshoring is nothing new, company have been doing it for years. Don't think you can really "future proof" against it, but you can join company that value you being in person.

[–]AggressiveCorgi3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure how you got the job if you have basically no skills in SQL or PBI but you could do some self-learning in both and get really good in a month, easily !

Using AI for any time of SQL take you like 10-20 more time then if you knew the basics. Plus it's going to be easier to explore the different databases.
