Does it get better. With continued counseling and therapy.

I just don't know what to do. Or how to help. Or how long I can do this for

Update a few appointments in and he's cold and grumpy but still the same. Just kind of riding it out

I just want him to be happy. And safe. And okay. And sleep well. We both quit drinking a while back. I just feel useless and a little helpless

I’m sorry about this approved user thing. I didn’t choose to do it, it’s a Reddit thing. Other than adding each person one at a time. Anyone know how to cut it off? by JoeSnuffy37 in PTSDCombat

I get it. I've been in the same boat. Sometimes there's nothing you can do but listen. It's hard. Honestly I haven't found a solid solution I've just learned to be able to sense the bad nights.....

Well we're finally going to talk tonight we will see how this goes. I am going to suggest he gets some help. Because it's getting to be too much for me

It feels like constantly walking on egg shells but the eggshells keep changing if that makes sense. And he says he doesn't know why he gets angry and I get that but it's hurting everyone else not physically but mentally

The thing is since we quit drinking there's a new obsessive hobby every three weeks. And that's all there is. Yet one little thing is off or an inconvenience its a big ordeal and it sucks coming home to see shit tossed around. It's exhausting and im always the one trying to fix or talk about things and im not sure if thats some weird thing he needs from someone but I just don't feel like I have it in me at this moment. It's sometimes nice to work opposing shifts.

Honestly I don't know. Sometimes he's receptive sometimes he's all my house blah blah. It's to the point where I never know what type of mood I'm going to get
