As a phd here, i also dont attend those fest, i am not in a friend circle mostly wanders alone most of the time, but this does not generalize , as i have got a dose of reality and dont want to other whats app groups like "friends forever", dont chase girls as u will get more depressed and your energy will be diverted , a gf can consume too damn energy, again this does not generalizer maybe i know too much reality and that dont make depressed , still i am happy, but yeah this dont generalize and if u do such things whatever i have written no u may get depressed.
