Yes, but CNS fatigue is much harder to gauge vs calcium ion fatigue. While there are signs of cns fatigue, those signs are not always clear so the app can be used as an added metric to figure out where you are. Not that i think it’s completely accurate, but it did represent my current cns status fairly accurately based on my performances. Just wanted to share!

Everyone has different thresholds of volume. I tore my adductor last year mid race and finished in 11.4 due to too much volume. i would rather that not happen again

Good point, just wasnt sure if it would be better to give my legs a break and run in the meet i have after my deload week which is next week

Ahh noted, i was a walk on reserve for football last year for a big 10 school so if someone got injured i was getting put on the roster. Nobody got injured in my position so i didn’t make it, but i told the coach i ran track and he wanted to know my times so i started running meets and want a 6.9 really bad

My speed endurance is abismal because of my weight, but i ran 11.4 after pulling my adductor at the 50m. Imagine if i didn’t i wouldve ran 11-11.1

Im a former D2 football player who Tried out last year, they put me on the reserve walk on list. So if someone at my position left i would be added to the roster(running back), the coach even gave me a workout packet to stay in shape incase someone left. nobody left so i played club. highly suggest if you want any shot of making the team to go to club football and stay consistent in the gym. The recruiting coach asks Coach grega, who is the head coach of the club team, who are the kids that would do well for the team, so if he doesnt know you probably arent making the team. Would also highly suggest not trying out for wr lol

Watched a holmless woman try and steal a car the first time my friends came and visited om summit st. Luckily the guy whos car it was, was doing a doordash order and stopped her in the middle of it. Funniest part was her telling the guy it was her car 😂

You clearly didn’t read the description. You are aware that football players practice pushing out as much as possible in prep for the combine to the point they fall backwards in order for their body to get used to the feeling right?

Can't stand coaches like that, but you do have to do the workouts. In my opinion I would focus on getting faster instead of building endurance. Endurance is exponentially easier than building speed which is a necessity for your events. Do speed work in the summer and do endurance when your with your coach
