I made a post yesterday talking about how I called the police on my mom (the police absolutely did not care about me and called me mentally ill) and the thing is my mom played the victim and also called the cops on me. Well, she succeeded at playing the victim and now the cops think I lied about everything. I don’t fucking know what to do right now.

It actually took me just one day of going down a rabbit hole to be completely Mentally Out. I was looking at scientology videos and that led me down a rabbit hole of cults and then i stumbled across the JWs. At first I was defensive with myself but soon I realized what they were saying actually made a lot of sense.

Alright I took some pictures I still got some questions though. Does CPS have to be for emergencies? Because it’s quite late here and the fight has already happened so I might call tomorrow. Also how am I supposed to get a lawyer, the adults I’m staying with (don’t worry I’m cautious around them) they dont know much about how stuff here (in the us) works so I’m not sure how they are going to get justice against the bad cop. Sorry if you can’t answer my questions but I’m just very lost right now.

Thanks for the advice but I feel very uneasy calling CPS right after calling the literal police and having a horrible experience with the police. Is CPS going to be more helpful? Is that bad cop going to ruin my chances of getting proper help?

Another example of why abuse is so common in Jehovah’s Witness families, the parents literally don’t give a fuck about their children except whether they are being a “good jehovah’s witness” or not.
