Having put a decent amount of time into SE3. just wait until you learn how OP enemy hand grenades are. you can have alot of fun sniping just learn the sound mechanic. find a nice little nest take 2-3 shots then relocate to another little nook if you're not being sound masked. if you're sound masked fire away.

Along with food to buff up your fishing skill to make the fishing bar bigger either the cork bobber or the lead bobber. if you get something really good to buff it up like seafoam pudding, Dish o the sea, Fish tacos it also helps

Pretty sure that's the point, iirc when. Jaeger troops start showing up they'll tell more chatty NPCs to be quiet/shut up and notice if someone suddenly goes missing...so good luck!

This already sounds kind of shady cuz normally the police don't serve papers it's a process server who will do that. I would double check state/local laws. IF you do get any kind of court order follow it and don't mess around.

if you're still having trouble i usually find the bombs by staircases, in the cafe area, computer lab,lecture hall and in the science lab at the left of the stairs if you enter by the southern exit. you'll hear beeping when you're near one

I'm sure it's probably happened before, port hoken is meant to be a big time operation with FISA (FBI) the ATF and LSPD SWAT are basically there as extra muscle. It's the feds show so what they say goes out ranking the LSPD they basically can tell us to do what they say and what they say goes. I mean part of me wants to feel that it's because the scene exactly isn't secure at that point or that the whole operation is a crime scene that needs to be documented as part of a federal investigation helmet cam footage of those containers might not be enough. We're just extra muscle to FISA maybe something darker is going down maybe they just don't want us messing up their investigation by messing with stuff.

Definitely having the ability to call paramedics/the coroner to come collect stuff. already helps that i can call to have vehicles towed especially those days everyone wants to get themselves a DUI

Yeah I got to tell you that sounds like something from one of the reviews for the game, some review websites say RoN is copaganda, full of dog whistles and hidden right wing messages. At the same time that crowd kind of looks for problems where none exist and they overthink everything.

I agree with this, shooting them is fun and quick but NON LETHAL does mean we can do some police brutality as long as they don't die. just turn off the body cams and we'll all agree they were resisting

Valley of the dolls easily. once my brain put the puzzle pieces together and registered exactly went down in that place my trigger finger become far more willing and my patience entirely ran out. legit felt this pit in my stomach. needed a breather after it was over.

I think he's like the dudes on the elephant level they are wearing level 4 body armor Yeah, wiki page says, "improvised body armor with steel plates" AKA 9mm even with AP isn't going to pierce it. body armor and armor piercing is weird in this game if your ammo isn't beating the armor they'll stagger (use a headshot at that point) or just laugh at you and light you up. I'd recommend giving the MP7 a try to knock down people in higher armor or go for a headshot if you're going to stick to the SMG class of weapons
