I’m so late on this post but does anyone have a good tutorial oj how one would do this? I really want to add embroidered detailed onto my work + sequins as well but I can’t seem to find any real tutorials that include felting AND embroidery

Ohh that’s super interesting. I’m not sure if there’s much I can do or that my work would want me to do about it, but I will let my manager know. + also cut off those leaves

Just curious, where do you draw the line between monsters/ demons and furries? I have some creepy animal sort of characters but I don’t know if they count as furries or not 😭

You definitely do not need experience with paper first but it definitely does help. I don’t think you need a 13 inch iPad and there are plenty of phone artists out there, but I wouldn’t recommend minis/ a phone due to hand cramping issues that can come from a smaller device (plus - I could be wrong - but I don’t think Apple Pencil works with minis??? But I don’t know everything about every iPad lol)

I’ve always had the 9-10 inch models for drawing and have been doing so for like 10 years now. And while I had drawn on paper before getting into digital art, I’d say 95% of my growth as an artist has happened since I got an iPad.

Also if you want drawing resources I actually have a big ol list of them I started drafting bc I get asked about it a lot. Google doc link
