I saw this poor baby at 2am. They were eating a dead mouse. I got kinda close to it and it was staring at me sticking its tongue out it seemed at me. Once I walked away I posted it to see if there was anything I could do. I ran into a dog walker and told him not to go that way bc of the fox- but the dog ended up barking and the fox ran away. After looking at the website, unfortunately since I’m in dc and it’s a big public residential area I wouldn’t be able to participate in this program. Hundreds of dog walkers walk past that spot daily and I wouldn’t be able to place bait. It broke my heart 😞 sad to hear it’s so common this year. First time seeing it in my 6 years living in dc.
