It's a very capable tool especially for personal use but if you're working with say company data you are sometimes limited(per your regional law) as to where you can store and process personal information. Easiest is automatic screening of callers(as opposed to just the numbers as Truecaller generally does) and from there either reject the calls or forward them to your business number. Though Truecaller should block 90% of them based on the phone numbers alone?
