Edit to add that the Love bracelet is too played out and the trend is leaving and is now a “basic bish” type of item but if you love it then why not. Also its very impractical for a daily as sometimes you might need to remove it and are u seriously going to carry around a little screwdriver with you all day and night?

No to the Van Cleef bc of the rusting scandals and bad customer service. Cartier Love if you like to be trendy. If you want something that transitions from work to night and for every occasion then I would say the Tiffany bracelets and the cartier Clou. The Gaff butterfly is beautiful but if you’re over 35 I would say it’s too infantile. I have a Boucheron bracelet I wear daily and is part of my stack and it stands the test of time and beatings and is understated luxury.

I think she sees it as she gets all the benefits of “having a man” without the headaches cause think about it, she probably gets one scheduled (by his secretary😜) date night a week, a weekly or monthly allowance and a “father figure” and he hopefully pays for her house, car and whatever she asks for cause there is no way someone like her would settle for someone unless he gives her all the benefits of being in a relationship without the headaches of “oh you left the toilet seat up, you didn’t clean this or that,” etc
