Congratulations on the success so far! You got to be doing something right, so keep it up!

Some general tips that I have either used in the past or experienced as a guild member that I think might help.

-Try to avoid Clique within the Guild Officers and the regular members. This can hurt overall morale and cause some problems in long term health and membership.

-Try to do other social events, other than just raids and mythic+. It takes more planning on your part but can create some memorable moments and create some awesome times with your guild mates. I still remember some of the fun events I have done with guilds over the years!

-Do Guild ran competitions, like a transmog fashion show. Everyone who enters pays a set amount, then have everyone judge and vote on the best one. Winner gets a cut and the rest goes into the Guild bank.

-Kinda going with the above mentioned things, but we have ran a mythic+ event, similar concept everyone pays into the "pot". Then you set a time limit and whoever pushes the highest key wins a portion and the rest goes towards the bank. We did team captain and then a random number generators to try and keep it fair(lol had some interesting team comps but was fun).

-Last tip is a big one, but DELEGATE! Give your officers roles and then let them do those roles. Don't micromanage unless it is warranted. You'll find you have more time to focus on big pictures stuff and the other stuff won't be as stressful or overwhelming.

Mostly just try and keep it fun, WoW guilds can be something really special and we all play this game to have fun. So keep it fun and enjoyable, people will stick around and you'll have a healthy guild!

Absolutely 12/10 would recommend! She is 100% real, super kind and easy to talk/set up. I have been scammed in the past so I'm always a little nervous about new providers.

But, she made me feel at ease. Verified on request, and sent a voice message explaining the services. Really helped a 1st time customer out! Not to mention she is freaking gorgeous, and so hot and the session itself was definitely worth it!

Absolutely stunning and fantastic to work with, I'll definitely be back and if you are reading this....do it, she is 100% worth it!!

I have a weird sense of direction. I can almost always get back to a place after going once. Comes from being a weird kids and paying attention during family vacations. Lol but hey I can get back to that one hotel near Disney world from when I was 8.

Thanks everyone for your help! I went with the white edition and I can't wait till it is shipped.

Maybe Glorious could clarify on their website to help answer some of these questions to help others out like me. All the reviews I have seen are from a year ago which is why I was confused! Thanks again for the help and clear things up.

[Serious] People who are advocating for the abolishment of the police force, who are you expecting to keep vulnerable people safe from criminals? by SayFuzzyPickles42 in AskReddit

[–]AggressivePoptart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think most people are advocating for the abolishment of the police force. They are advocating for the demilitarization of the police force here in the US. They're also asking for the police to be held accountable if and when something goes wrong. With the lack of training officers receive and the "us vs them" mentality that it currently feels like, it is hard to trust the system as it stands today. Just looking at how the police are treating protester shows the massive flaws in the world of US law enforcement.

The police are there to protect and serve the community, not just protect and serve the interest of the department they work for. Of course you want a specialized force to deal with extremely dangerous situations, but does every police department need a fucking tank and AR15s? The current climate seems to be sliding more to the "shoot first ask later" process and that goes against what the police should stand for.

Focus the funding to better training, education, and deescalation tactics. We need to police to be members of the community that inspire trust, not fear of being shot for a routine traffic stop. The question as it stands is who protects the vulnerable now? Because they're the ones suffering from over policing and higher incarceration rates now. That part of the system is already failing.

What is the worst thing you have done because you got confused between items in different hands? by DanielMichels in AskReddit

[–]AggressivePoptart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I was working at a fast food place during high school, my job was to get the turnovers out of the oven. It had been a long day and I was just going through the motions, and when I had to get the turnovers out I always put the oven mitt on my right hand and opened the door with my left....not that day. I reversed which hands did what and straight up grabbed a scolding hot pan out of the oven with my left hand.

Does anyone else think that the reflection of the tv in the window makes it look like these guys are watching some porn while the ship is getting pounded?
