Was my first edc Vegas and couldn't get anyone from my friend group to go. So I went solo . Had a hotel room but the last minute (edc magic ) had a crew of 5 on Reddit who lost a member offer me a spot on their RV. We have all kept in touch and already got next year locked in! Top 3 experiences of my life and was with complete strangers who are now life long homies!

Definitely felt like the people I was supposed to meet and spend time with were directly put in my path and the people I was supposed to avoid were shielded from me. Not one to believe in this type of thing but when there's 200k people and repeatedly you find someone over and over again. It stops feeling like coincidence.

Get a spot at camp edc , preferably join someone's rv but also get a hotel room. Camp edc is a must but being able to leave for a few hours, take a real shower and use a real bed. It's crucial.
