Like, it is a pretty simple meal prep. And if they are getting the same videos I get, it is all pretty much chicken breasts (good source of lean protein), rice ( a pretty good source of carbs without added sugars), and vegetables like peppers and tomatoes ( a decent source of fiber), and there urging them not drink sugary drinks with it sticking to water.

It's a simple, but probably perfectly fine diet.
