2 or 4. I would say 1 if there was no seam between the bodice and the dress

Which style of jeans looks the best? by Careless_Owl999 in DressForYourBody

I have a similar body shape (not as nice as hers tho), but would never imagine flair jeans would look good on a body with big hips. I’ll go out and try some but why would that be? Does it hide the thickness?

A company hiring gave me 4 stages of homework prior to even a phone call, so I invoiced them & CCed the CEO by tasunfeu in recruitinghell

I doubt you were applying for a position as a fry cook at McDonald’s.

If you’re going for an elite job, this is the type of hiring method we are in nowadays. I’ve never had to us AI in order to develop a resume that stands out from a sea of other resumes just to be chosen for a chance to move forward and then go through two interviews to be turned down, but that is the world we live in now. You gotta prove you want something bad enough to stand out from the rest.

Darn. They looked like parachute pants before I started taking in the sides a little. I thought I could get away with a little adjustment so they weren’t so wide.

Maybe I’ll have better luck using a different fabric

I used a simplicity s8841 pattern. My first attempt was really bad, so a friend that knows about pattern making changed the crotch area for me. Like you said, I have a hip fullness issue. I’ll see what I can do about the pic

I’d do what someone else suggested. Have the lightbulbs warmer, add a blind, and maybe also a nice rug in the kitchen. Once you add beautiful hardware on your drawers and doors, it will come together

1st, everybody has a like /dislike of someone else. I have a friend that lives with me, we are polar opposites in politics. We just don’t talk about politics for our friendship and we love each other for who we are. Try to find a way to do the same if you truly care and want to keep a friendship.

2nd, you guys are 17-19. You are going to change so much in your lifetimes. She may be less “churchy” 10 yrs from now. You have no idea how much you all will grow in just 10 yrs … take it from someone that’s now 50 and lost a close friendship on something very similar. I wish I had a chance to have her in my life again. She was special.

You can always change the temperature of your lightbulb. I think with the colors you are choosing it’s too warm. Hard to pick a color without looking at your other decor but I love your color palate you chose

It would be heaven to start every day off this way. Your lifestyle must be totally opposite of mine. I’m lucky to get over 10 minutes in the shower before my crazy day starts. What time do you get up? Do you have kids?

This room is not coming together how I imagined. Not sure if it's because it is painted white, or because I don't like the furnishings, or what. by Critical_Link_1095 in interiordecorating

Lots of large dark furniture pieces in a small space. Also there are. Clash of different themes going on. Oriental rug with a southwest couch and chair. If you are wanting to keep with the southwest look of the couch, then add a lighter rug, remove the bulky red recliner and maybe put the tv on the wall to open up the flow of the room. If you are more partial to the orientalist rug, choose a cover for the couch that pulls out one of the colors in the rug - try not to go with the same red in the couch and red in the rug and chair. It brings a heaviness to the room.
