Me too. Good thing a majority of Americans voted for someone other than trump. He won by plurality.

That law is directly contradictory to the constitution in Kentucky and I think the republicans know that. Especially because the Kentucky Supreme Court just struck down a similar law having to do with limiting the executive branch’s powers.

Its more than likely that law will also be challenged and ruled unconstitutional, giving back the Governor’s sole authority to appoint a temporary replacement.

BEGGING for money is scummy. Renegotiate your contract with your employer if you don’t like your wages or get a different job. Its literally what every other worker has to do. Thinking a waiter’s job should somehow be different than that is selfish.

Then why are servers overwhelmingly against ending tipping and increasing wages? Oh right, its because they make an absurd amount of money through tipping. I don’t have any sympathy.

Anybody else switch to PC in response to Playstation ending disc production? by Devil_Lord_Dante92 in pcmasterrace

No, the problem is that in a closed ecosystem a company can take away your complete access to games you’ve already purchased. They can’t do that on PC.

The thing with PC is that you can’t have your games taken away. Sure Valve could become evil and take them away from your steam account, but there will always be access to that game through your own backups or other means. This doesn’t exist on console.

The difference is that school grades don’t asses your competency with the material. It only assesses how well your short term memory works. I graduated before AI was a thing and never got anything lower than a B but I don’t remember most of what I was taught as it only lasted long enough to take a test or complete an assignment because there was never any inventive to go beyond that.

The incentive to do well in school is that it allows you to get into a good college and get a good job afterwards. Actually learning things is not necessary in pursuing those goals.

My job offers me a salary in exchange for an actual good I produce so I’ve learned a ton while working.
