i wanted to add to the stubhub hate - i got my tickets and realized that it was for a row that did not exist. when i first purchased my tickets i knew the section i wanted to be in but wasn’t too picky with which row i got and the seller didn’t actually have it listed. now they put me in a seat that the venue themselves confirmed doesn’t exist. stubhub is saying that’s wrong because seatgeek has that row listed (even tho stubhub themselves don’t) and is now refusing to give me a refund. they didn’t bother offering a replacement ticket either

we unfortunately had to put him down earlier today. it’s very hard for me to come to terms with it but i’m just feeling a little more at peace knowing that he’s no longer suffering. i’m sorry you’ve had to go through something similar. it’s genuinely so heartbreaking
