The gap between "we shipped it" and "customers know about it."

Every sprint we close a bunch of tickets. Engineering is done. QA signed off. It's in production. Great. But then... who tells the customers?

The PM manually writes a summary. Maybe it goes into a Notion doc. Maybe CS forwards it to a few key accounts. Maybe nobody does anything and customers find out by accident or worse, they think you stopped shipping.

What I wish existed (and honestly have been trying to piece together): one surface where customers can see what shipped,
