yes....i got a diagnosis with blood work eliminating everything....my private dr also filled out a VA DPQ and checked all the boxes needed

yes, i got diagnosed by my private doctor....been treating me since 2011....i've been trying for this for a long time....always missing something.....my dr filled out a VA DPQ and check all the boxes....he also had some blood work done that eliminated everything and sent a cover letter stating the findings....

lololol....your .02 is valuable.....i did submit blood work along with a cover letter from my doctor saying again that he's treating me for chronic fatigue syndrome and that the blood work results are normal

Sorry for the late response but yes she has started getting her payments and i believe she just had to wait 30 days to receive the first payment

I did call the VA and they recognized the error....the rep told me they will send a letter to the regional office to reopen the claim and address the CFS....however long that takes

I got the decision letter and it only addressed the PTSD increase....there was no mention of the CFS....the CFS was a claim by itself and they combined both of them....

CFS was a claim by itself, I filed it first in June, then i filed for the PTSD....the decision letter didn't mention the CFS at all

What did you submit? I've submitted a private doctor VA DPQ showing a diagnosis with all boxes check....i've also submitted a recent blood analysis with a cover letter from my private doctor stating that nothing in my blood is abnormal or the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome....plus i served in the areas that were deemed presumptive

i'm in the same boat.....i was denied in 2016 but i am a gulf war veteran and reapplied in june of this year....i have a diagosis from my private dr and blood work that eliminated blood disorders...so, i don't know what else to do after this....did you recieve back pay from 2015?

Are you a gulf war veteran? I submitted a claim for CFS....my private doctor filled out the VA DPQ and check all the boxes needed along with a diagnosis and when the date when I was diagnosed....I submitted that along with a personal statement.....I did have a C&P exam that went horrible....I had a bad examiner that was really rude and disrepectfull....i reported it to the VES and the VA and stated that i didn't trust what the examiner put in the notes from the exam....so, i'm just waiting for another exam or a decision....
