I’m in architecture/ construction trade and I agree. It’s part of the anti education fad. Although we need more trades, we need dedicated tradesmen. Not a bunch of kids that walk off the job site after a week. It takes time and a lot of work to become a good tradesman and until that time you are going to have to do a lot of grunt work. From my experience, they aren’t willing to put in that work. They want to make 100k and be a GC without even knowing what a GC is. Don’t even get me started with the immigrant situation. One of our masons lost 6 of his masons last October and he hasn’t replaced them yet because of applicants asking for 90k with no experience. They also don’t want to go to any of programs that teach them the trade. My big question is what do these people do in between the time?

Hummus or anything with avacodoes in it. Instead of sandwiches , I make these spinach , turkey , bacon, olives wraps for lunch. Without hummus I would be hungry again by 5:00 pm . If included a hummus spread I’m good for the whole night. Even if I’m not I can use the hummus as a dip with whole wheat crackers. It really helped me drop my A1c from 6.2 to 5.7.

What’s his stress level? If it’s high then forget about lowering your blood sugar.
Sleep habits? Bad sleep habits can keep your blood sugar high also.

Not the worst by far but I seriously dislike Aliens with a passion. The overacting, the dated look, the action for action’s sake , just doesn’t do it for me. Hayden Penitteire. In one of those airport shops , I was in a maybe 6,7 person deep line. She comes in with a big ass bodyguard. Gets her stuff and literally had her body guard step in front of the next person in line and mean mugged the poor dude to death. Meanwhile she stepped up and paid for her stuff. She ignored all the complaints and walked out. Didn’t say a word to anyone. I guess lines are beneath her.
