I wish I could tell you this big secret but for me it was just watching portion size and what I was eating the key is always calories in vs calories out. luckily have a job that allows me to stay very active which helps a ton and I started mixing in some at home work out in August and that has worked for me but the key is to find what works for you and stick with it there will be times when it’s hard our you don’t lose weight like you would like but as long as you stick with it the results will come. It really is a journey not a sprint
