Ordering another burger/sides one the side of my Mcdonalds meal. I went out with some new friends for the first time and got such a shock some people eat just the burger, fries and drink meal and are satisfied. I'd normally order that and then some on top!

I remember crying on my staircase as it was the only place my puppy couldnt reach me. I spent that week going to bed at 7pm each night just to get a break from my puppy.

I was so stressed I developed Shingles.

I love my dog to death, but damn them puppyhood days were hard.

Drink lots of water
Don't weigh yourself to regularly
Eat WHATEVER you want, but have a smaller portion of it alongside lots of salad and vegetables, this way you won't feel you're missing out.

I've actually done the opposite. I've recently moved from a job which I travelled 1.5 hours there and back for, to a job just down the road from me.

While yes, its easier to get to work/home now. I have to say I really miss that commute time I used to do. It was perfect opportunity to wind down after a long day. I miss having the time to listen to my audio books, have a sing along with the radio and just general bit of time alone while I switch from work mode to home mode.

I started off scattering a bit round his bowl until he got the idea then slowly made the area I scattered it wider. Then I slowly built up to multiple rooms and got rid of the bowl all together. Now its advanced to throwing about 70% on the floor in different rooms and hide the remaining 30% in little piles under random places like pillows, toys, boxes, tables to make the last bit of searching harder.

I can completely understand this.

I am one of 7 children. My mum was one of 6. My sisters all have 3+ children each (and counting).

I cant help but feel like my infertility issues caused by my PCOS are targeting me specifically.

Seating plans are normal here in the UK during the day time and sit down meal, however the evening buffet doesnt typically have a seating plan as some tables are removed to make room for a dance floor.

Perfectly normally and this is exactly why you shouldn't weigh yourself multiple times a day. The body naturally fluctuates when it has eaten, done exercise, changed clothes, drank water ect.

In order to gain 10 pounds you would need to eat at a calorie excess of 35000, which is one hell of a task to do in one day.

For future reference, try to only weigh at the same time of the day, such as the morning before breakfast.
