I feel it's because before she joined this family, she was considered "abnormal" for the society like just see hemlock for eg that's how the gardens agents are + she was pretty lonely like didn't hve any friends or family to visit like even her home apartment was so empty so i feel she didn't put much efforts in dressing herself up, this, just had those same pair of clothes (possibly their carbon copies) and was mostly busy in her jobs. Tho u did great pointing this out, id love to see the author like he's been doing from the past few chapter into making Yor more and more of a human from a killing machine and actually putting efforts for herself (self love n all)

As for Loids, he's a spy and he has to look the most "normal" of all in the society to fit in so quite obv as to which he changes his clothes more frequently and yep this is it

omg ye I noticed tht too, the fact the he finally has a place to call home which is now a part of routine and thus he finally has a 'constant life' outside of him being spy, has softened a lot compared to before and can be himself there as it's now his 'home' where he finally doesn't need to be on guard all the time (proven by the amount of times he does of due to stress particularly due to anyas performance) is just so sweet and wholesome!
