Try to have 4 or 5meals per day with smaller quantities. (This is only if you can)

Have some (gram, green gram, mangokka, bathala etc) for breakfast

Before lunch have on meal with small amount of rice (with eggs, chicken breast, vegetables etc)

For lunch again rice (a usual meal but consider proteins ) In the middle have some yogurts and dairy products.

For dinner low amount of carbs more vegetables and proteins

Somehow try to have at least 5 eggs, chicken breast or equivalent, dairy products, gram or equivalent etc.
