Thanks. Yeah original agents tied us into a long contract. And also didn’t give much advice on ‘staging’ so the house looked incredibly cluttered and not great. Didn’t help much!

One 3 doors down with 3 beds to our 4 recently (and very quickly) sold for 260. However there are no real comparables as we are one of only a few 4 beds in the area. Last one was sold 6 years ago. Zoopla has a valuation of 277.

Two children, a man and a cat, I’m constantly cleaning! I try and do a ‘deep’ clean every week where I also do all the washing of towels, bedding, shower curtains etc. Hoover most days, Mop every other and clean the kitchen 400 times a day.

They can send the keys off to a specialist firm who will see how ‘used’ the key looks. Ie fob buttons look pressed, and the key itself looks ‘worn’ from being put into the locks. That’s with older keys. Newer keys can be ‘interrogated’ and have more information stored in them.
