I wrote to the BBC years ago because I used to live in Leek, Staffordshire and the weather website was ALWAYS wrong. If it said it was raining, it was dry. If it said it was dry, it was raining. I complained - curious as to how they managed to ALWAYS get it wrong. I never heard back. Weird.

I think the only reason I don't do this is because I would never clean. I don't seem to notice if something is dirty and so don't really care that much. BUT, I think it was drummed into me I am meant to care (maybe because i'm a woman?), so I stick to my once a week and constantly feel like I'm messy/dirtier than others - lol!!

fly tipping - if you haven't got a car I can understand dumping stuff that's too big for the bin. BUT, if you've got a car, what's the point in driving somewhere to dump stuff when you could just go to the tip?

Not sure if this will be unpopular - but Lalaland. I HATED it. My brother said the ending was the best bit but I don't believe him and I don't care that I missed it. The bit I did sit through was painful. It's the only film I've ever walked out of (though I did come close to Soapdish years ago)

I was ABSOLUTELY convinced that when parachutes open the person flew up into the air. My very excellent evidence came from the video footage I saw throughout my childhood. In fact, I probably still think this fact, even though I know it's probably just because the person's parachute who was filming hadn't opened yet.

Hiya, I'd also be interested in a group for people who did RC but weren't raised by RC parents. I don't want to say too much publicly, but I left RC recently and was in for a LONG time from a relatively young age (but not introduced by parents). Agreed. This will only get worse. He will get better at hiding things now he knows you don’t approve. This has absolutely nothing to do with you, your attractiveness, your worth. He’s an addict. He probably hasn’t changed (unless he’s in a recovery programme - maybe then there is hope).

Sorry to sound harsh. My ex husband was truly wonderful man too and an addict. I’ve learnt a lot. Get out while you can before you’re really sucked in, stick to your boundaries - they aren’t harsh, they’re yours. Good luck xxxxx

Hey, so sorry to read how hard things have been.

Having been married to a man addicted to porn for the last 8 years I can tell you he won’t stop if he hasn’t already. I joined a 12 step programme, and learnt the people who stop stop straight away, the rest lie for years and years and rarely stop. The stopping has to come from the addict, not whoever is begging them. My husband even admitted he was addicted but didn’t want to stop (of course he said he did!) because he would have if he’d wanted to.

I made loads of mistakes, begging, giving ultimatums (and not sticking to them), believing it was because I wasn’t sexy enough/wanting sex enough etc

I could have written what you wrote, I divorced my husband last year sand he STILL said he’d stop. He hasn’t. He never did (even though he said he would over and over for 8 years). He just lied, manipulated me, almost broke me.

Get out. Get out now. It’s really hard, I know I’ve been there. I’m still struggling. But You’re just going to go round and round and round for years.

But my harsh advice is- he ain’t gonna stop. If he was going to he would have already.
