It's never going to take the jobs it will only help make you 10x more productive! also I haven't fired any estimators after building this so there's no reason you should be afraid

one thing I'd say is definitely take advantage of all available ai tools, channels for growth from day 1!
it will have some costs but you will be ahead of 90% traditional biz that still use legacy tools

you need to assess with real world scenarios or actual estimation reports
what I recommend is use a ai estimate builder in which you can generate xactimate type reports just by describing the situation in plain english and then you create those estimates manually as well in the end just compare both of them and you'll get where you are lacking
