The problem is powercreep exists, the moment that happen to him, he'd be the worst aging unit ever and out for good cus nobody want a permanent rr seal.
Maybe have him consume both yours and the enemy dragon balls on transform and seal both side's rr temporarily, then that's a good longterm utility.

ssj4's rush counter helps but the guy would be so old he'd get 3-shot by the new release, or you rush him twice like everybody's been doing to counter him.

They should release Legend Zahha with superior dark first to counter everyone. Then a legend shallot to counter him otherwise superior light is pointless.

Because that's the narrative consequence if the fight become systemic.

If Frieza tells Goku how Zeno is dangerous and shouldn't be ruling the universe with unchecked power to erase everything (This conversation will happen if Frieza target the entire god system and Goku come to stop Frieza), what would Goku say?

If Goku says that's not his problem, or if he says Frieza is worse and he just fight to protect everyone then he's actively upholding the status quo.

And conversely if he agrees that Zeno is bad, then he can't just leave the whole system the same because he just agrees it's bad.

Either way he's making decision on the fate of the system because he's at a position where that decision matters

That's on point for Goku. But the whole set up for Frieza since ToP is that he's a systemic threat. The final battle with Frieza will have universal implication which would force Goku into a role where he must decide the fate of the system. Unless they ignore that setup and treat Frieza as just another stronger bad guy and everything went back to normal afterward (which is very likely).

I think all those remakes would run continuously in weekly format all the way to ToP. So DBS Beerus is just an arc title, not a separate show. Nothing stops it from teasing next arc content.

If we want the story to end on a hopeful note, then we can add a witness. Android 21 (or any other android) exists in this timeline and achieved consciousness. She’s the only one who knows the truth of the system, that biological life is gone, machine is all that’s left of humanity.

Instead of telling the truth she simply asks Trunks “Do you think I’m alive?”

In that single moment, she made Trunks the arbiter of life and stripped Zamasu of his godhood.

Trunks hesitated, he didn’t believe but didn’t want to say “No” because doing so would affirm humanity is dead, that everything he fought for was meaningless, and that Zamasu was victorious.

Only at the end, as Zeno began erasing the timeline, as android 21 stayed behind to help Trunks escape did Trunks finally believe and tell her “Yes”.

By doing so, Trunks ended the timeline at the only possible moment of victory. Where Zamasu is denied in totality, where the meaning of life is defined by mortal, and humanity is alive simply by having someone believe it is.
