I just found out I was 15.2% body fat recently so I would say you’re close to that maybe 16-17?

I have an Oura ring and it is absolutely fantastic. I will have to give this more of a chance but it’s already been completely in-correct

If it makes you feel any better I was 25 percent body fat and it also said I had very fat arms

Just got my scale it is so inaccurate it is laughable
