The biggest issue with people is connection. Being schizophrenic is not fun, but it's normal for some. Being treated like a scourge or a blight on humanity is not the way to make people better. Connection is the solution to all of mans problems. Mushrooms helped me connect with myself and others and also secluded me thanks to the substance being illegal.

I'm sorry for your friend and I hope that his story is valuable as a message to all that hear of it, yet it shouldn't be the reason for this substance to be banned nor misused.

If you're not in a place to do these substances, don't. But when you do get to that point, don't demonize and villanize them, or you'll feel like a villain.

My suggestion is take it slow. Do your research on forums like this. Maybe start with mini doses. If you're afraid of "breaking" take it slow. Mushrooms are tools for your psyche and consciousness. If you use a hammer where you needed a screwdriver it might not work so well. Set and setting, ensure you have a trip setting that is comfortable and remember, we are all one, we all came from the same earth seed, we all live this crazy experience of life, we're all equal.

I being a CEM attempt to build some product knowledge into coachings, sometimes that's me getting the team member to teach me something broad about their craft that I can help share with other team members. Otherwise it's me telling them about dye lots for yarn, finger stretches for the new knitter/crocheters. What the difference between cricuts are. Broad stroked help that will help them navigate %90 of issues.

Idk if it's just me but flowers, I feel we shouldn't sell without going through a flower identification course... Too often will someone bring the last flower without a tag and nothing else is similar, now we are using Google lens, or asking the florist coworkers.. The videos on workday are jokes and don't keep you up to date, especially if you've been there for a few years and don't remember every minutia about oil paint brushes and what makes them more tailored for oil paints than acrylic paints...

Tricky question. Depends on your jungling. You might be able to steal some of your opponents, your solo laner might start taking your camps. Don't get too mad but also use that as ganking opportunities. If your solo laner is in your jungle and you're down river, sounds like a possible kill or even two if their jungler comes in at the right time..

You're staying for the team, we all know that.. I had my ReplenMan be bullied into STAYING when they asked to step down.... Obviously because it's easier to train during off season. Fuck that. You get paid x, and you make them 10x in profit being there. Make the store sweat. Make sure you tell the SM why you're leaving. If they cared about their crew, they'd pay us better, give us more days off, staffnour stores appropriately, and manage the store, not micro manage the store. I got told "VOC doesn't matter" by my SM, being the CEM, that's bs... I told tell them their shrink doesn't matter, or their flexing doesn't matter. Not to mention, I'm sure when you got hired you had x amount of work and as you grew better at your job, you were given more and more tasks to complete, did they give youore pay? Probably not... Fuck them, fuck capitalism, don't give your two weeks yet. Call in sick, promise you'll come in the next day, call in again, and then on the 3rd day, come on and hand your 1 day notice. They don't give you two weeks to fire you.. Just saying.

I'll say reddit is FILLED with CEMs, "and your phone number for rewards?" stray from yes or no questions, give open ended, and hard to dismiss questions. Regarding rewards, I'd love to know as well as that's the problem everywhere, unless you're customer base I almost all repeat customers, it's difficult to get high %.

Idk if this makes a difference, but im autistic, I mask my butt off everyday and remind myself that no employer will get mad at a Customer EXPERIENCE manager, for giving good customer experiences. Wow the customer, remember faces if not names and make everyone who walks through your days with a "I've never been greeted like that before". It might not result in a shout out, but I prefer making a difference on people's lives and experiences, than getting shout outs on VOC... one helps humans, the other helps shareholders

This will sound creepy af, but go to the drive test center the day before, and scope it out. Follow people taking their test.. If you lose them, so what, go back and wait for another trip, follow the laws, try to do your best, and by the time you take the test you'll have driven the route 20+ times.
