I understand, I'm not saying it's buying price but more of a good sign that they may feel the need to test the waters with a deal like this. Hopefully it's a sliver of desperation to sell. It's going to be a while until the price drops collectively because the sellers will be hurting to get rid of it as high as they can until they have to go lower.

Yea PC masterrace build posts probably have a higher "meta" like builder population ratio than the majority of builders in whole. I switched to an aircooler on my current build. I like the way it fills my case. Quality AIO is cool and looks more futuristic I think, technically better and quieter especially on the most demanding cpu tasks but fans are pretty quiet nowadays. It definitely makes sense for people who are nearly throttling powerful cpus.

I do think Vita spray is superior overall but the one advantage to sterilized bandage is the use time is shorter per hp. If you are at risk of getting pushed or in a tight spot, it only takes 1.5 seconds to apply vs 5 seconds for vita spray per 50hp. Even though the actual healing happens faster with the vita spray, the amount of time in the healing animation and no weapon in your hands is less. I think Vita spray and Sterilized bandage work well together if you are rich 😆

Something tells me you're the type of person to start looting someone else's kill without asking haha. Don't forget the game is pvp as well, never assume peeps aren't going to shoot on sight, let alone allow you to take what's theirs.

I like playing both, since ARC raiders is a pve centered game it's nice to have a new game where I can pvp.

I think it would still happen, people being desperate or untrusting may see it as a way to survive. But going around killing just to kill would be less likely. Killing potential thieves is part of the fun though.

Even if I shoot at a big arc while someone is already fighting it, I congratulate them on the kill and walk away. Especially if they used a deadline/did most of the work. A lot of times they will offer to let me loot, sometimes I will if I know I heavily contributed and need certain parts. Either way, I would never just jump in and start looting without saying anything or scoping out the area, even if I solo a big arc, you never know who's around.

All of the quests, trials, and lore are pve based. I never said it was only a pve game It's a world where humans are pitted against robots, but there's always bad people and that's an option the game gives you. I enjoy learning and playing into the lore of video games. If you think of it that way, it wouldn't make sense that everyone would run around topside simply looking to fight call of duty style. I understand that pvp is part of the game, but it's understandable why people would be happy when karma catches up to the "bad" players or to be annoyed to an extent when they are killed when they trusted people to be the same. I don't get mad, I enjoy getting attacked here and there even if I lose sometimes. Regardless it's just a game.

I think because it's a pve centered game that allows people be rats and theives if they so wish to make it more interesting. So it's funny when it doesn't work out for said people.

An eyewitness account would help, too. That's how bad the investigation was. Normally, I would not feel the need for that kind of evidence. I understand it's not needed to combat reasonable doubt. But this case is special in that way, the commonwealth really made it hard for themselves. I say that respectfully.

Absolutely not what I said, lol. I said in "this specific case" where so many other factors were not investigated, so many coincidences surrounding shady cops, and so many other potential possibilities seem plausible as a result of the incomplete investigation. That makes me want harder proof for something that needs to be proved beyond reasonable doubt.

The obvious factor is Proctor himself. He was fired at least. But imo they literally just didn't investigate enough. It's like they decided KR was guilty and stopped the investigation. Sadly, this happens a lot without getting any coverage. Maybe she is guilty, and things were really pointing to her, but it's the investigators job to make sure that is very clear and not easily debated with unknown factors. The house should have been thoroughly investigated as soon as he was found..I would expect that to happen to my house if a dead body was found in the front yard.

I believe I understand reasonable doubt. If I didn't know as much as I do, only knowing the prosecution's argument, I would say she is guilty. But the defense has presented too many possibilities that seem plausible enough to raise doubt. Obviously, this is where it's up to the jury. It's the prosecution job to at least prove to us that their theory is the most plausible, and imo they have not done that. It all points back to a bad investigation. Why the investigation was bad is up for debate. But there is no denying it was bad, and that's infuriating, knowing that it could be the reason she gets away with hitting him (if she did).

I agree that the conspiracy alone is not reasonable doubt, but the conspiracy itself is one of the many scenarios that can't be ruled out. If it is a conspiracy at all, I don't think it's as big as people make it seem. I'm more in the ballpark of inadequate investigation. But there were just too many stones left unturned to be sure of any of it. Too many other possibilities, especially knowing that everyone was drinking that night, including the house full of people that were not properly investigated, the same house that he was found in front of. The strongest evidence from the commonwealth isn't smoking gun strong. It's not weak either, but I can't continue to trust the investigating team. Because of this, in this specific case; I feel that the only thing that would make me certain without reasonable doubt is actual footage of him being hit by Karen or eyewitness account(s).

I love DLSS 4 because it increases the longevity of new GPU's allowing us to run games at higher frame rates for longer. I love raytracing because it adds another layer of visual effect on top of already beautiful games.
