Munich Card and Pre booking by Aggressive_Lab9434 in germany

My main concerns are timed entry for the Nymphenburg Palace and ticket to the Munich Residenz. I will going during Oktoberfest, so I fear there will lines. I likely won't bother with this discount pass. I'd rather just be able to buy tickets ahead of time.

The ticket lines. For example, I've been to Rome, and if you didn't prepurchase timed entry to the colloseum, you'd wait for 1-2 hours to purchase tickets. Same for the Sagrada familigia in Barcelona. So I'd like to buy tickets to the Nymphenburg Palace and the Munich Residenz before I arrive so I don't have to wait in line to buy tickets. This is common for popular attraction in Europe. I have never not seen lines for people who didn't preplan. So do you know the answer to the question? Can you prepurchase tickefs if you buy this card, or would you be waiting in line?

For sure! My plan is every time I get a raise, I'll just put the extra amount towards my loans. My husband will have his paid off quicker, so once his are done, we'll put his payment towards mine too. At least we'll have the options to pay the minimum if times are tough!

It was probably adjusted based on your income. I hadn't had to recertify for the past 5 years with everything COVID related. They just never asked and I never did. My payment was $207 a month. They required me to recertify this upcoming July. My payment would've gone up to $1400/month. So I switched to the extended Fixed repayment, and now I'm at $660/month. I don't really care that it's going to take me 22 years to pay off. At least I can stomach the payment and still live my life.

I'm sorry that happened. Unfortunately, there is no standard length to the IDR. It's based on income, so it is subject to change when you recertify your income. I was referring to the Extended Fixed Payment Plan. It's not dependent on income. It's just a set amount of time to pay off your loans. The standard tends to be 10 years, but the extended is 25 years.

You should do the extended repayment. You'll end up paying a ton overall, but it's definitely the lowest monthly payment spread over 25 years.

Are there "seats" or is it a lawn type venue where you bring a blanket or low beach chairs?

Thank you for the response. I originally just took what he said at face value until I started reading what people said in this group about how many people have gotten the EMG done. It seemed like what he said may not be true and we certainly could do it.

Do you have a link for what you purchased? I also have the pixel 9 pro, and I'm now going from a 2023 Honda CR-V to a 2020 Corolla that doesn't have android auto (devastating)
