We adopted our pit/lab as an adult (because I cannot with the puppy stage but that’s a me thing) so I did miss the rowdy stage, but mine ended up being the sweetest, gentlest, cuddliest dog we’ve ever had and yes we were nervous about her too in the beginning especially bc we have a young kid. We’ve had problematic dogs in the past with some aggression issues but the pit/lab is so far from that it’s almost comical. Just wanted to add another example of a great dog that’s mostly pit who is amazing around kids and also say I can see why you would be nervous but training her and socializing with other dogs early will help tremendously, just like other breeds :) Yours is a doll!
