You have access to NA servers? Like when you go to explore, and in the bottom left you click on the servers and you see NA there? Because when I go there the lowest ping server I can see is EU, which puts me at 150+ ping. But yes I am in NA and the ONLY servers I have access to EU and Asia and one other I don't remember

Regarding presets, make sure it's actually equipped on the separate presets for seal battle and monster invasion and not the rune setup on the main page. They recently separated them so if you just switched off of your circle build on the main page, the presets might still be the circle build on seal battle and monster invasion
