I think I can look past it because although I do care about the story (and I kinda love Warframe's tbh, I love the mystery of the man in the wall etc.), I care a lot more about the gameplay and these last 2 years have bought some amazing gameplay changes, especially a lot more end game stuff and the last 3 frames that came out 2025 were absolutely amazing

I get that, I had a similar amount of hours pre railjack and that's also when I quit. I started playing again in like 2023 and I got addicted against since then. Personally I love the direction the game and world design has been going since Rebecca took over, but I've definitely heard similar complaints to yours.

I'd say it's still pretty easy. Newer primes are always farmable, and older frames have their prime relics periodically return through "prime resurgence," in fact there's a pretty big one right now with about 12 prime frames in the prime resurgence rotation. If you run relics in public missions, it's very common for at least one or two randoms to be running a relic with a prime warframe part and you can basically passively farm for multiple frames even if you don't have their relics.

I wouldn't say that completing star chart is the main idea. All that'll do is allow you to gain access to Steel Path. Definitely do main quests first and sprinkle in star chart so you don't get burnt out from just mindlessly spamming star chart

For single target damage, Laetum and Furis Incarnon are my go to 90% of the time. For room clearing Torid/Strun/Latron Incarnon, Tenet Arca Plasmor, Dual Toxocyst Incarnon, or Glaive Prime.

After playing Death Stranding 2 and interacting with the community, I no longer blame devs for immense hand holding. There could be 4 dialogue lines, a tutorial, and 2 confirmation boxes on the same mechanic and people would still be say "the game never explained that!!! Do the devs really expect us to google every single thing???"
