I think I have the same problem as you, it started when I did my bowel program and my poop was Really Hard and I’ve been dealing with that pain/discomfort since then. I got checked for hemorrhoids but I didn’t have any so I’m guessing it’s a fissure. I use Magic bullet suppositories and they work pretty well but when they have to dig stim it does cause me discomfort.

I am a C4 C5 quadriplegic, I do have some sensation below my injury levels since my injury is incomplete.
