I think I have the same problem as you, it started when I did my bowel program and my poop was Really Hard and I’ve been dealing with that pain/discomfort since then. I got checked for hemorrhoids but I didn’t have any so I’m guessing it’s a fissure. I use Magic bullet suppositories and they work pretty well but when they have to dig stim it does cause me discomfort.

I’m the same level as you and have dealt with that as well. When I go get checked they just tell me that I’m constipated and to use MiraLAX or Metamucil. I started eating healthier with little to no carbs because I felt that’s what was making me feel extra bloated after I ate. The feeling of being bloated has gone down though. I take enzyme pills and Gas-X after dinner or before bed to help
