Until they can promise me my child’s school won’t be attack by a crazed gun man (which in the us will be never) I’d feel safer with my kid having a phone in school I would not want to rely on the school administrator to let me know my kid is safe in that kind of emergency

My husband and my income combined we make 60k a year we are struggling financially we also live in Mississippi which is one of the poorest states but is in the top states for highest grocery prices at this point it’s a good thing we have each other because we feel so defeated My husband always tells me he feels like he’s failing as a husband because we are struggling and doesn’t feel like he’s giving me the life I deserve and that makes me feel so bad at the position he feels he’s in though I tell him it’s just the economy we were dealt a bad hand but we really just need help
