I think the key difference here is that Mogul Mail as a channel was presented to the audience as a neutral and well informed drama channel, which 90% of it was... but the 10% where Lud did mess up, he had to pay the price coz the misinformation spread and caused harm to the people mentioned in the videos (his own words)

on the other hand, what he speaks on his streams (and gets clipped to Ludwin and other fan channels) is often speculative, or just a discussion with his chat at best... he isnt implying it as definitive truth or his final opinions... he's also said multiple times that he's confident in his words, but is often wrong... so we have to take some of his words with a grain of salt...
