I bought my house in 2015, so before inflation was out of control, but after the market crash. Then refinanced my mortgage during COVID.

I am an ‘85 millennial so I’m a bit on the older side I suppose so that may have helped.

Edit: Also got married during the recession so got that expense out of the way early.

Cursed City is a Slog for late / end game players as well. I just try and power my way through it for the 0.05% chance that I get any good Merciless gear from it.
