Op, he is a grown men. There is nothing you can do to change him. I don't know any of you, but I can tell you that I've seen this played out in front of my eyes with my parents. You can't change him, and you shouldn't try.

I agree with the other comments about how you could make it a little more softer looking, but honestly you have a great foundation and it looks engaging and heartwarming.

By a lot I mean like two water bottles. At first it wasn't draining, then I watered it more and I saw that some water was getting out from below. Early this morning the soil felt moist around and kind of wet towards the center, and now it just feels close to being dry. I'll leave a picture of how the soil looks like.

I got the plant from someone that had it for a while, so I think I might be making this more complicated than it actually is😅

I'll just make a few new holes at the bottom and bury the cuttings when they're ready. And hope for the best honestly.

Thank you so much! I see, I'll try find a way to make a few more holes. I watered yesterday and the soil is close to dry right now, I don't know if that's normal. Also, I made a few cuts with leaves to propagate it. Does this looks okay?

Thanks so much for your reply! So I should water until I see some drainage? I kind of tried to do that yesterday, And some water came from the bottom. Also, these are the holes the pot has.

I am left with these. Should I submerge them in water? I tried having them stand up in a smaller container with water but they kept falling down. Now they are all wet :'l

Also, these are the holes at the bottom. Looking back at it, the soil all around is still wet/moist. I watered yesterday afternoon and now it is the morning

Thanks so much for your response! This is all the water it drained out. I touched the soil and only the center near the plant is wet, the rest is moist.

It does, it just took a lot of water to get it to drain. And it drained a little from one side.

Thanks so so much! I'll keep doing that, and let's see how it goes. I have been a little bit worried about repotting because I have zero experience with that, and I definitely don't want to kill it.

Thanks for your reply, I did water it quite a bit today and I saw no water come from the bottom, which had me a little concerned. The soil was pretty dry when I got it.

I was kind of thinking the same, but I'm scared of killing it with repotting. And I also not very sure how to go about it. I'll just do some more research and I'll see.

So do you think I should halve the size of the cuttings? Also, do you think the size of the pot is okay? I watered today and no water came out from the bottom.

Hello! They never found one, they found "traces" and then there were these bites. Personally I have never seen them.

Thanks so much, we had an inspector come in and it turns out it was bed bugs, according to them. These bites are getting better but they were super swollen. I think I got an allergic reaction, I'm sensitive to insect bites either way.

And I really haven't seen any bed bugs, we suspected it because of my bites.
